JoAnne Mulligan, Director of Sales

JoAnne brings over 25 years of experience in fixed income and equity trading and compliance. Prior to IMP, JoAnne was the head trader for fixed income at State Street Research.

Margaret Alfonso, Senior Consultant

A former Vice President at JP Morgan, Margaret’s 23 years of experience encompass compliance, fund accounting and auditing.  Margaret has an outstanding track record as a Project Manager for OMS implementations for all asset classes, and she has detailed knowledge of trading compliance systems.

Will Mullins, Senior Technical Consultant

Will’s 16 years of technology experience include eight years as a senior engineer on Charles River Development’s Investment Management System.  Will is an outstanding applications developer, and he has helped many of our clients with custom applications and with enhancements and add-ons to commercial systems.

Karen Even, Senior Consultant

Karen has more than 20 years experience in investment management. She is a results oriented Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with extensive operations and technology experience.  Her expertise includes data and compliance, with a speciality in rule writing and testing on market-leading trading compliance systems.

Jonathan Gold, Senior Consultant

Jonathan brings 25 years of experience in investment management, including time on both the buy side and the sell side.   Jon has been both a producer and consumer of financial information tools, navigating the full cycle from business requirements through development and successful deployment.   He also worked for a vendor, Charles River Development, as a Senior Implementation Manager and later as the Fixed Income Product Manager as well as the product lead for hedge funds.

Roger Binggeli, Senior Compliance Consultant

Roger is a Compliance Specialist with experience in U.S. and international trading compliance.  He is an experienced rule-writer on market-leading products, helping our clients improve their level of automation and ensure accuracy for pre-trade and post-trade compliance.

Fatima Faloye, Senior Business Analyst

Fatima Faloye is a results-oriented Business Analyst and Testing Specialist with experience in meeting the needs of disparate lines of business at asset management firms.  Fatima’s combination of technical and business experience makes her an effective liaison between the business users and the development staff.

 Shara Abdoo

Shara is a proactive Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst with experience in investment operations and technology as well as front-office decision support tools such as modeling and optimization.  She is experienced in working with Portfolio Managers to develop requirements and in working with Compliance in implementing Order Management Systems (OMS) and compliance.
