Taylor Carpentier, Manager of Training and Development

Taylor is responsible the onboarding, training, and development of IMP's new and existing employees. She is also responsible for training clients on the best practices for utilizing IMP's CLEAR Compliance®. She has experience in the Front and Middle Office and has been involved with compliance rule writing and testing as well as extractions, syntax reviews, and assessing rule library gaps. She has significant experience with post-trade workflows and with implementation of DTCC products, SWIFT, FX All, and custom exports for settlement notification. She has also spent time performing project administration and creating and executing project plans. Taylor graduated from Colby College and received her bachelor’s degree in Economics.
