Hailey Ford, CLEAR Compliance® Business Analyst - Team Lead

Hailey became a member of the IMP team in February 2022 and has quickly developed skills in executing testing plans and coding rules for compliance-based back-office projects in Charles River IMS, Blackrock Aladdin, and Allvue Systems. Her responsibilities include extracting client requirements from guidelines, analyzing compliance data, and rule coding to ensure comprehensive, accurate coverage. Currently, she spearheads her project team in identifying critical data issues, devising troubleshooting strategies, and effectively resolving compliance-related challenges impacting client functionality. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from Providence College, earned in May 2022.
